60g cake flour
2 tsp matcha tea powder
240 grams of egg white
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
80g fine sugar
1/4 tsp salt
100g unsweetened yogurt

How to Make a Matcha Tea Powder Angel Food Cake
Step 1:Let's get started with the flour! Sift and mix cake flour and matcha tea powder together then set them aside.
Step 2: When you add the egg whites and cream of tartar into your food processor, start until making thick foams as shown in Figure 1. Add fine sugar batch-by-batch until it has been beaten at high speed before medium speeds are used to make it wet foam shapes like those seen on Figure 2 !
Step 3: Add the flour from step 1 to the beaten egg whites as shown in Figure 3.Use a silicone cake spatula to gently stir evenly as shown in Figure 4, do not over-mixing.
Step 4.Once the paste is inside of your cake mode as shown in Figure 5, tap it lightly on top for twice or three times then shake out any large bubbles that may be present. Next bake at 180°C until an inserted toothpick does not stick to the paste in the cake; this usually takes 15-20 minutes depending upon how big you made them. Once done cooking remove from oven upside down before unmolding once completely cooled down.
Garnishing the Cake
Garnish your cake with a strawberry, sprinkle it in matcha tea powder and serve.
